With respect to IPOs, SHUAA ranks first in the UAE, having placed over AED13 billion in IPO transactions since 2004, including those of major blue chip companies such as Emirates REIT, Amanat, Dubai Parks and Resort, DP World, Aramex International, Air Arabia, Deyaar Development and Gulf Navigation amongst others.

This division provides institutional sales and trading and research for SHUAA’s institutional client base. The group offers market access and execution, portfolio advisory services, settlement financing and margin facilities. Through Capital Markets, clients gain access to global equities and fixed income, primary issues as well as OTC derivatives, and liquidity through an extensive network of local and international counterparties. SHUAA's research department produces sectoral research on listed companies across the GCC region with emphasis on coverage of UAE equities and trading opportunities.
SHUAA’s wholly owned subsidiary, Gulf Finance Corporation UAE provides funding solutions to SMEs across the Emirates. The Company has head offices in Dubai and provides services to businesses from sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, construction, healthcare, travel and tourism, retail and real estate. It offers a broad range of specialized funding solutions including small business loans, business vehicle finance, consumer finance which includes working capital, asset finance and invoice finance, medical equipment finance and marine finance.
In 2012, Gulf Finance Saudi Arabia was established to provide Sharia compliant financing products to SMEs in the Kingdom. The Company is headquartered in Jeddah and provides financial leverage to commercial entities operating in the manufacturing, trading, contracting and logistics sectors.
This division manages proprietary and third party Funds as well as Discretionary Portfolios for High Net Worth Individuals and Institutions. Focusing on conventional and Sharia compliant equity and fixed income, the division's products span fourteen regional stock exchanges. SHUAA Asset Management's Pan Middle East & North Africa focused Arab Gateway Fund was launched in 1999 and holds the longest track record for an equity fund in the region.

Corporate manages future corporate development and controls all cash and shared service expenses related to the Group. All proprietary investments are managed within this business segment which also comprises strategy and business development, legal and compliance, finance, treasury, operations, risk management, investor relations, corporate communications, marketing, information technology and human resources.
